Our most well-known cava is a Brut Nature made with free-run juice from grapes grown on our Espiells (Can Rius), La Cuscona and Mediona estates. It has a typically pale golden colour, with a rich, elegant nose that begins with ripe white fruit and moves towards the notes that come from ageing: baked goods, toasted bread, spices… On the palate it is extremely seductive, with a fresh, pleasant texture and long finish that is once again reminiscent of white fruit.

This is the cava we’re known for and that is because of the hard work the Juvé & Camps family has put into making it for many, many years. The concept of a top-quality cava bringing together the traditional varieties of the region: macabeu, xarel·lo and parellada. These terriors give rise to the best characteristics for this cava, all with the same goal: to help showcase the true nature of the grape.

Tasting notes

Reserva de la Familia can't be subjected to a cold sensory analysis. Because it is associated with important moments: toasts, celebrations, anniversaries...
So much so that it has lodged itself in our sensorial memory on the same level as our grandmother’s much-adored dishes. With one exception: while the flavour of those dear dishes can only live on in our memory, the excitement of once again enjoying a glass of Reserva de la Familia is always within reach.
